The CMAS One-Star Diver certification is an entry-level scuba diving course for beginners with little or no diving experience. The course covers theoretical and practical training, including pool and open water dives, and provides a solid foundation of diving knowledge and skills necessary for safe and enjoyable diving. Upon completion, divers receive a certification allowing them to dive to a depth of up to 20 meters with a certified dive buddy.
